When Stars Fall Sideways Like Beans

When Stars Fall Sideways Like Beans

Let’s just say that planets have no spin.
They tangle down like beans on houses,
falling stars, and are forever a withering
condition as we endeavor to tread on wishes.
And let’s just say those stars are angels’ hands
spread for the love of a lunatic’s sight. Who’s
to say the real loser here isn’t the night sky.

  1. Wow. This is great. Worth waiting for. I love the tone… “Let’s just say…”, and the image of stars falling from heaven like beans (i can see them dropping and becoming angel’s hands “spread for the love of a lunatic’s sight”). And how grand to realize the real loser is the night. Just wonderful stuff. Bravo. Randy
